Concerto Lisboa

YEAR : 2016 AUDIENCE :

Gonçalo Guerreiro presents a repertoire of songs in Portuguese: “These songs come from the feelings and thoughts that have arisen in me throughout the years I have been living far from my city, Lisbon. They exist so that I can find memories of it in all the places I pass through.”

The songs have an original charm from Lisbon and at the same time a contemporary dimension that is both singular and seductive.

The songs, which seek universal sonority, have their roots in Portuguese music.

The audience is immersed in a melodic and rhythmic universe that moves from comedy to nostalgia, from rock to fado and from pop to jazz.
