Tristan is a Visual Theatre piece for children ages 3 to 12 years old. It is a comedy performed in a cartoon style, where the words are transformed into gestures. The characters speak in an invented language which is easily understood by the whole audience, while lively music accompanies the dynamic movement of the characters and speedy rhythm of the plot.

The themes of solitude, abandonment, and sadness are treated in a comical and clever way to captivate and raise questions even in the youngest members of the audience.

The show tells the story of Tristán. One day he felt  so sad that he decided to rip out his heart, so he didn’t have to suffer anymore  and gave it to a passing bird. But things didn’t work out as he hoped. Tristán didn´t  stop suffering, and even worse, never again did  a smile appear on his face, not even the smallest of grins. And from that day on people called him Tristán the Dog-Face. But the story doesn’t end there… from inside a mysterious box appears a Rag-Doll who is determined to make him laugh. Will she be able to?
