CORALINDA is a physical comedy, performed in a cartoon style, for family audiences. The show addresses the themes of immigration and the fear of difference. CORALINDA offers a compassionate, reflective, and sensitive perspective on the experiences of people who travel far from their homeland in search of better living conditions and who, due to race, gender, or social class, suffer discriminatory treatment.

Through a gestural language based on object manipulation and constant interaction with the stage design, the show creates a comedic and poetic universe that moves from realism to the hyperbole of everyday life.

In a drab place lives a man dressed entirely in gray, manipulating a series of gray boxes. One day, a woman arrives. She wears a colorful dress and has an exuberant personality that leaves no one indifferent. As soon as she sees the man, she heads toward him. But he, suspicious of her expressive gestures and the volume of her music, builds a huge wall that prevents her from entering. She tries to tell him that her intentions are peaceful and friendly, but the man is reluctant to communicate with the visitor.

Will these two seemingly opposite people manage to build a different place, one where many more colors and many more people can fit?
